Russia is fantastic! Chipcult set up shows for me in St Petersburg and Moscow, and I was spending a week or so chilling around worn down Soviet architecture, good people, crazy police, trashy industrial style, etc. I should get around to writing more about this, but I probably won’t. Go to Russia and see for yourself instead, aiit?

The wonderful Freesson collective arranged a two day festival in Carpentras in southern France. Artists playing included Plaid, Jason Forrest, Crystal Distortion, Tepr and Leonard de Leonard.
I also had a top notch workshop with C64 and Gameboy tracking….

Audiovisual datajam at gallery Big Love (rip) on Hisingen Island. It was me, Dino, Yoki, Booger, Mortimer Twang and Optiroc = top notch Hack n’ Trade Up Rough data elite. So we did assembler programming, PETSCII-stuff, Deluxe Paint animations, Protracking, LSDJing, JCHing, etc. Maybe we’ll get videos online some day, here’s two photos while you’re waiting. Oh, and yes – we destroyed so much that evening. It was beautiful.

Me and Gary played the biggest festival in Sweden – Hultsfredsfestivalen. We were the first act of the festival, which was a bit strange. We did well though. Here’s a video of us performing the track Groovky Bitch (sid-file here). Note the usual screaming for videogame-music in the beginning (in this case it was Megaman).
Hack n’ Trade‘s mega 8-bit party Little Computer People, held in Stockholm. Everybody was there! Me and Role Model did a jam session with an LSDJ-baby and later me and Frantik rocked the house, perfectly backed up by our Hack n’ Trade posse. I won the music compo with Pappap. Oh hei.
